Domestic & International Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The Redletter Club offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPING in Australia using Australia Express Post service. All orders placed before 11AM (EST) Monday to Friday are shipped that business day. Orders placed after 11AM (EST) will ship the following business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Packages should arrive the day following your dispatch notification email for all metro customers, or in 1-3 business days for regional customers.  Click here to check if you are in the Australia Post "next day delivery" zone. 

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. You can contact us at orders@theredletterclub.com regarding any delivery delays.

Item availability

Most items that are available on the website are held in stock, and are ready to ship once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified in the description). If there is a problem with your item ordered we will contact you via phone or email and send as soon as possible. Please note that some items are available to be pre-ordered and have a specific shipping date in the product description.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer standard international shipping via DHL on all international orders to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom

The cost of shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. International shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days following your dispatch notification email. 

*Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. The Redletter Club is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
